THIS IS MY HUSTLE | Krystl Fabella
Krystl Fabella is founder of Filipina on the Rise, a media company and leading podcast spotlighting impactful Filipino women around the world, with over 30K listeners and ranked multiple times in the Top 100 of Apple categories.
Immigrating to the US at the age of 7, Krystl grew up noticing the lack of women of her background in media and other various industries. In 2019, while working in San Francisco tech, she launched a podcast from her walk-in closet, not knowing it would amass a following of tens of thousands around the world. Krystle recently launched the Filipina Soul Sisterhood, a global membership that brings Filipinas together for culture-reconnection and empowerment through workshops, mentorships, discussion circles and more.
Krystle has spoke at various national conferences, panels and hosted over 80 workships and classes and even spearheaded statewide policy for women's rights. It is her mission to help women of underrepresented backgrounds see greatness through their stories, step into their power and "stay rising".
