Charity Nicolas is an entrepreneur, community leader and founder of Tech In Color.

She is also is an amazing leader in our Kollective Hustle mentorship program. Her career in Environmental, Health and Safety protections has spanned over 28 years including work with the Center for Disease Control, local government agencies and global Fortune 100 Tech companies. Protecting people and our environment from harm has fueled her purpose.

She has been past President and on the Executive Committee of several Boards, as well as the founder of Tech-In-Color. In 2020, she was honored to receive the LEAD Filipino Fly Pinay Lifetime Achievement Award.
