Partnering up with legendary East Bay Wrapper E-40 in 2015, Alex Rotodo, owner, operator and executive chef of The Lumpia Company, has since been building his lumpia empire through his brick and mortar, special events catering, delivery services and stints on The Food Network and Tastemade. He’s harnessed the uniting power of lumpias and as a result, a community and the world has gained a whole new appreciation of Filipino culture. And in turn, Alex has learned just how true community could be built through lumpias made with TLC.
