An inspiring interview with artist Dev Heyrana, unveiling her breathtaking heart sculpture, “SŌL,” at the Embarcadero in San Francisco as part of the SFGH Foundation’s 2025 Hearts in SF public art program. Her artwork honors her journey as a Filipino American artist, mother, and advocate for community connection through art. Dev’s heart celebrates resilience, kindness, and the vibrant cultures that have shaped her life.

We also spotlight Dev’s daughters, Quinn (11) and Rowan (7) Heyrana de Leyos, who created two Mini Heart sculptures titled “Spark In Our Hearts.” These young artists bring joy and imagination to this year’s collection, making this a true family celebration of creativity and love! 💕
