Pinayista is a vibrant community of Filipino women entrepreneurs and creative solopreneurs with a mission to build sisterhood in the hustle.

Founded in 2018 by serial entrepreneur Gina Mariko Rosales and a powerhouse team of volunteers, Pinayista creates intentional spaces where Pinays can connect, collaborate, and thrive in business and beyond.

Since its launch, Pinayista has cultivated a growing community through over 25 events, gathering 3,000+ attendees across the U.S. and beyond. From skill-building workshops to powerful Lightning Talks, Pinayista has spotlighted the honest, inspiring stories of over two dozen Pinay business owners – centering our unique stories, and fostering a culture of authenticity, resilience, and community care.
